Recently, our company’s developed “Electrode Welding Fixture” (Patent No.: ZL 2023 10767534.6) successfully obtained national invention patent authorization. This marks a significant breakthrough in AGERA’s R&D capabilities within the welding technology field and further demonstrates national recognition of our innovation strength.

Addressing an industry challenge in welding the connecting rod and bushing of suspension systems in new energy vehicles, this patent innovatively employs a sliding rail integrated with an electrode holder and angle conversion base. This design enables automatic alignment between the bushing and rod body while precisely adjusting the planar angle between dual bushings, overcoming the technical difficulty of simultaneous welding that traditional fixtures cannot achieve.
This technological breakthrough simplifies the welding process by over 50% and doubles efficiency, providing a highly efficient and reliable solution for lightweight manufacturing in new energy vehicles. It fully embodies our company’s values of “Benefiting Others. Pursuing Excellence” and our determination to tackle cutting-edge technologies. Moving forward, the company will continue to focus on the new energy and automotive components sectors, accelerate the commercialization of technological achievements, deepen its strategic in new energy vehicles and electronics, and empower high-end equipment manufacturing with core patented technologies.
