The workpiece is clamped and fixed by a fixture and rotated to the welding station, and the upper electrode head is automatically welded.

Welding machine body
The frame is welded with high-thickness steel plates and annealed as a whole after welding. The frame has high overall strength and stable operation. The positions of the working surface and buttons are ergonomic.
Circular guide mechanism
It has the advantages of high guiding accuracy, high rigidity and wear resistance, which ensures the accuracy of electrode movement and the follow-up of electrode movement, reduces the impact force of the electrode on the workpiece during pressurization, and reduces the deformation and wear of the electrode.
Vertical cylinder
The pressure can be adjusted steplessly from 5KN to 30KN. The wide range of pressure characteristic curves and the wide range of adjustment of the control system can achieve the optimal combination of welding process parameters to ensure excellent welding quality.
Gas tank
Ensures the stability of the pressure of the equipment during welding when the equipment is working continuously or the external gas supply fluctuates. The pneumatic part includes air filter combination, solenoid valve, main cylinder, flow limiting valve and gas tank, etc.
Medium frequency inverter power supply
The medium frequency inverter transformer is made of nano-scale high magnetic permeability amorphous material and is vacuum cast with epoxy resin. It has built-in circulating water cooling and temperature detector. The human-machine interface of the controller is simple to operate, and all setting parameters are clear at a glance.
