What's Agera's Butt Welding Machine
Agera butt welding machine uses resistance welding technology. It clamps the workpieces with electrodes, heats them evenly with current, and then forges the two ends together for a strong connection. Compared to flash butt welding, Agera resistance butt welding machine is better for smaller cross-sectional parts, with simpler equipment and easier operation. For welding larger cross-sectional parts, Agera’s butt welding machine uses a dual-forging method to boost forging force, reaching many times the standard welding pressure. This approach is ideal for welding larger alloy steel and non-ferrous metal parts. Models with automatic slag removal also use the dual-forging method.

High Quality Welded Joints

Agera’s resistance butt welders can weld metal wires and rods of different sizes. Different sizes of products use different models of machines, or placed on the same machine in different guide rails for welding.
The welded joint is solid and reliable, the state of the joint is the same as that of the base material, and can pass the quality test such as flaw detection and drawing.
