This has reduced the design cycle for core components by over 20%.<\/p>\n<p>Wear-and-tear components like electrodes, welding pressure cylinders, and brass arms have long posed standardization challenges. While parameters vary by welding scenario, their core structures remain similar. Previously, scattered drawings forced designers to redraw similar electrodes\u2014a time-consuming process that led to inconsistent part specifications and inflated procurement\/inventory costs.
