NC Stud Automatic Projection Welding Machine
This machine is a welding device designed by Agera for stud welding of the bottom plate of the automotive battery pack. This machine is equipped with a screw conveyor, which can automatically convey the screws to the welding position.
It has a high-precision positioning system, and the XY slide table has a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm. With the zero mark block and tooling integrated detection, it ensures that the screw welding position is ≤±0.5mm, meeting the strict consistency requirements.

Maintenance and Switching
The electrode replacement height is ergonomic, reducing the difficulty of maintenance and downtime; the tooling and slide are separated, supporting quick replacement within 10 minutes; the slide rail is equipped with an accordion cover for protection.
Intelligent Error Prevention
Agera’s NC stud spot welding machine adopts a floating vacuum adsorption nail feeding system with a failure rate of ≤0.3%. It is equipped with a vacuum sensor to monitor the screw adsorption status in real time to avoid leaking and empty welding, and ensure welding quality;
This machine integrates protective fences, safety gratings, safety door locks and emergency stop buttons, complies with ISO-13849 safety standards, supports two-hand start + foot switch dual modes, and eliminates the risk of misoperation;
Built-in single-piece and batch welding counting functions, combined with real-time detection data feedback of displacement ruler, out-of-tolerance alarm and record fault points, support production statistics and process optimization.
This machine uses a medium-frequency inverter controller, equipped with Agera’s resistance welding machine and screw conveyor. Every weld can be accurately welded and can pass quality inspection to ensure welding consistency.
