The team of Agera
Agera is a welding equipment manufacturing team formed by 100 people, and we have a clear division of labour in each department. The work of each member of each department will have a detailed process, which improves the efficiency of our team. Our main departments are technical department, sales department, product department and technical service department, these departments are our solid force for customer service. Our team’s business philosophy is: ‘Customer-centred, Struggle-oriented, Continuous Innovation’. This is not only the business direction of our company, but also the belief that each of our team members should stick to. We are developing in continuous innovation, only to provide you with more advanced welding equipment.
Technical Department
The technical department of the company is made up of the best talents in the welding industry. It is a team of 20 people, ranging from electrical engineers to postgraduate students in mechanical design, who develop and design a wide range of new resistance welding equipment for Agera.
Every customised or automated project that our customers undertake is subject to a preliminary project evaluation and cost estimation by this team. During the course of the project, they may be involved in every process to ensure that each of our projects runs smoothly.
Sales Department
This is the team that has the most contact with customers, they are communicating with different customers every day, when you have welding equipment needs, they will contact you at the first time.
They are not ordinary salesmen, they are sales engineers who understand resistance welding machine. They will help you recommend the right type of machine according to your welding requirements and budget, and also participate in the whole process of your project.
Production Department
This is a hard-working team who are busy working with different welding equipment and parts every day. They need to keep close communication with other departments in order to ensure that the equipment produced is the one that the customer has in mind.
In order to improve the efficiency of the team, they often hold shared learning sessions and skill competitions, just to keep refining and building qualified welding equipment for you.
Technical Service Department
This team, also known as the after-sales department, is the team that provides technical after-sales support for our already existing welding projects. If you buy our welding equipment, don’t worry about not knowing how to use it, our technical service team will train you remotely or come to the site to install and train you.
If any problem occurs during the use of the machine, our after-sales will also help you solve it at the first time to ensure that your production is normal.
