Agera's Projection Welding Machine
A projection welder is designed to weld raised points onto a base material. This welding method is often used to attach dimpled or ring-shaped nuts and bolts to metal plates, making it ideal for automotive parts, fasteners, and similar components. Agera projection welders have been continuously improved based on extensive experience and now reach top industry standards. Our machines produce minimal spatter, are slag-free, and create strong welds with no need for post-weld processing. We offer both standard CD and MFDC type projection welder, and can also equip them with conveyors for semi-automated welding. In addition to traditional projection welders, we provide fully customized automated projection welding solutions.
This spot welding machine is energy storage discharge type, its special welding nut and ring projection welding, but also can weld some special metal materials such as hot formed steel.

It is an energy storage welding machine with two welding heads, a multi-purpose machine, can weld a variety of specifications of products, saving equipment input cost.

Powered by medium frequency DC power supply, this machine has 2 welding joints with 2 nut conveyors, which can weld 2 nuts on 1 part at the same time.

This workstation is equipped with 2 medium frequency convex welders and 1 robot, automatic loading and unloading, automatic welding, saving manpower.

This is a standard welding machine from Agera, which takes the form of hand-held parts welding and is often used for spot and projection welding of small automotive parts.

This is a projection welder designed for one specification nut welding with a nut conveyor that automatically transports the nut to the welding position.

This is a manual nut welding medium frequency convex welding machine, equipped with positioning pin to ensure that the nut position is not offset, blowing energy, to prevent splashing.
The Principle of Projection Welding Machine
The projection welding machine belongs to press welding, which generates resistance heat between the upper and lower welding arms through the current, so that the raised contact part between the workpiece is melted, and then a certain pressure is applied to make the projection point and the contact part completely connected together. This is a fast welding and strong welding method, often used to weld nuts and other fasteners and some stamping parts.

Preferred Equipment Parts
All parts of Agera’s projection welders are selected by our experienced technical team and are the most suitable and industry-recognized parts for our welders. We will work on every part, including every screw and every wire, we are very focused on the assembly process. Make sure you receive the perfect machine.
