Agera’s resistance welding transformers are shell-type structures, consisting of silicon steel sheets iteratively built up into a core structure, with primary and secondary windings added outside; the primary windings of these devices are made of flat copper wires wound into a disk shape, while the secondary windings are usually one or two turns, and are finally cast in vacuum using epoxy resin.
