Features of the Robotic Nut Projection Welding Solution:
It consists of four robotic nut projection welding workstations, suitable for welding automotive sheet metal, nuts, and bolts, including projection welding of various nut specifications.
Workstation Welding Components: Composed of an ADB-260 medium-frequency inverter spot welding machine, an automatic nut conveyor, and a welded nut inspection instrument, etc.
The Production Process of the Equipment:
The operator places the workpiece at the loading station, the cylinder transports the workpiece to the front end, the robot with the fixture picks up the workpiece at the station and places it at the welding position, the nut conveyor transports the welding nut, and after welding is completed, the robotic arm places the workpiece on the unloading line to flow out.
Advantages of Robotic Projection Welding Solutions

The nut projection welding solution is equipped with a nut detector. It uses the displacement detection of the upper electrode pressing down and the displacement detection of the lower electrode positioning to determine whether the nut is misplaced or misaligned during the welding process. An alarm is triggered when a problem is found, thus improving the yield rate.

It also includes a data storage and monitoring system. The system can bind codes to corresponding welding parameters for easy later retrieval. This system can quickly trace the data of welded products to allow for adjustments to welding parameters.

Fully automated welding allows for flexible tooling switching and welding of over thirty different products. Robots automatically transport workpieces, perform welding, and unload materials. When it comes to welding, we understand automation better, from hardware integration to data intelligence, helping you achieve truly flexible manufacturing.
