The Advantages of the Servo Double-head Platform Spot Welder

With a dual-welding-head workstation layout, it supports simultaneous welding at multiple points, significantly reducing the welding cycle time for a single workpiece and meeting the production capacity requirements for batch production of sheet metal reinforcement ribs.

Equipped with a servo translation mechanism, it enables precise positioning of the welding head, ensuring that the position accuracy of the weld point is controlled within ±0.5mm, and is suitable for welding requirements of different specifications of workpieces.
