The welding head is driven by a servo motor for horizontal movement, and is coordinated with precise guide rails to achieve sequential welding positioning. Compared with the traditional cylinder-driven method, it has higher positioning accuracy and faster response, ensuring that each welding point is precisely and consistently positioned.

Using the Agera new welding controller, the secondary circuit adopts direct sampling technology to precisely monitor the welding current, with a control accuracy of ±2%. It supports multiple pulse processes such as pre-pressurization, pressurization, and tempering, ensuring the stability and reliability of the core material quality.
