The motor terminal welding machine of AGERA is equipped with a data monitoring system. This system records key curves such as current/voltage/time/displacement/pressure in real time. The data is stored locally for more than one year. In case of any data anomaly during the equipment’s operation, the system will automatically alert, ensuring the yield rate of qualified welds.

The Advantages of the Motor Terminal Resistance Brazing Machine
Provides high rigidity front-end fixtures and positioning pins, along with placement of detection sensors. The positioning repeatability accuracy can reach ±0.05 mm, ensuring that each workpiece is stably positioned according to the drawing reference, reducing rework caused by placement errors.
Utilizing high-power medium-frequency/inverter direct current power supply, the output is stable, the pulse control is precise, and the resolution of courant de soudage and time is high; under stable operating conditions, the welding consistency can reach up to 98%.
Equipped with safety gratings, emergency stop, door lock interlock, placement confirmation sensors and foot pedal start combination; welding can only be initiated when all conditions are met, and it has fault indication and recording functions.
