After the current parameters are set, the output current can be stabilized at the set value ± 2%.

How long does it take to weld a shock absorber dust cover?

Six pneumatic welding heads are connected in parallel to a set of medium frequency power supplies. They can be loaded once and then welded synchronously or in sections. It only takes 13 seconds to weld six points of a single piece. This time does not include the time for manual loading, but only the time for tooling to move, load, unload and weld. The overall welding time needs to be combined with the speed of the operator.
