After one clamping, the workpiece automatically moves to complete the welding cycle for three copper terminals without requiring manual repositioning between each weld. This reduces the bottleneck caused by multiple weld points and increases overall efficiency by about 45%.

Workpiece positioning accuracy reaches ±0.02 mm, ensuring each terminal is precisely aligned at the welding position. The MFDC inverter welding power source delivers stable output, so the solder melts evenly and thoroughly every time. Weld strength meets the requirements specified on the engineering drawings.

Weld quality is 100% traceable. The system is equipped with an industrial PC that monitors weld quality in real time. It collects and stores key parameters – current, pressure, time – for every single weld. All welding data can be retrieved, exported, and traced back whenever needed.

Operator safety is fully covered. The machine comes with a safety light curtain, dual hand start buttons, and a three color warning light system. After the operator loads the workpiece and initiates the cycle, the machine runs automatically. These safety measures effectively eliminate potential hazards during operation.
