Car Balance Bar Link Automatic Welding Equipment:
Welding Workpiece: Car Balance Bar
Welding Method: Automatique Hooking of Rings and Links, Automatic Welding
Equipment Features: Fully automated welding process with no manual intervention required, custom-shaped electrodes, and automatic loading by robots.
The Production Process of the Equipment:
Agera’s automotive balance link welding workstation is a fully automated welding system. The feeding system delivers the links to the truss gripper, which positions the links at the welding electrode location, while the conveyor sends the rings to the electrode position. The discharge process begins welding, and after welding is completed, the product enters the inspection phase. Once both rings are welded, the robot places the finished product in the unloading area.
Advantages of the balanced rod automatic welder

Utilizing a combination of “elevator + vibrating bowl,” the elevator positions the links at a fixed location, while the vibrating bowl dispenses the rings, achieving stable and efficient automatic feeding of steel rods and bushings.

The displacement truss automatically completes detection, positioning, and welding without any human intervention, eliminating manual operation errors. This standardizes the welding process, improving the consistency of welding dimensions by over 50% and significantly enhancing batch stability.

Pre-welding material inspection, in-welding limit fixation, and post-welding melt depth detection ensure uniform welding dimensions and consistent strength. The entire station is equipped with a monitoring system that records data in real-time and provides immediate alerts for anomalies, achieving zero defective products.

One balance link welding workstation can weld different specifications of balance links. Simple program and tooling changes allow for quick switching to start welding, reducing equipment investment costs.
