The features of the Agera compressor housing welding machine
This is a set of welding equipment specially designed and customized by Agera for the compressor oil retaining plate. It adopts medium-frequency direct current welding technology. During welding, an instantaneous discharge occurs, and the current for each welding session is extremely stable. Every weld point on the compressor housing has excellent quality. It also reduces the labor intensity of the workers. The workers do not need to manually hold the workpiece to position the weld points. They only need to place the workpiece and the welding can be automatically carried out.
Advantages of the compressor housing spot welding machine

By adopting a double-head sequential spot welding structure, six welding points can be completed in sequence with one setup. Compared to the single-head welding equipment that welds one point at a time, this significantly reduces the welding cycle and effectively increases the production capacity by about 50%.

The welding pressurization mechanism uses precise linear guides as the guiding mechanism, ensuring the accuracy of the workpiece movement and the synchronization of the movement, reducing the deformation and wear of the electrodes, and ensuring the consistency of the welding position.

The designers of Agera designed arc-shaped electrodes based on the shape of the product. The lower electrode was equipped with a movable fixture, allowing for precise movement and positioning of the welding points during welding. This resulted in a high quality welding rate et high efficiency.
