A dual-head energy storage spot welding machine is adopted. Two welding heads are used to weld the diaphragm and chip of the pressure sensor respectively. Under normal production conditions, the electrodes do not need to be replaced to meet the welding requirements for the two different weld seams of the product.

The workstation is equipped with a four-axis robot system, enabling automatic loading and unloading. The robot is also used for grasping and installing sensor diaphragms and retaining rings. Without human intervention, it avoids human errors.

The visual detector can determine the front and back sides of the diaphragm, identify whether the diaphragm and the pressure ring are properly installed before welding and whether they are misaligned. It can also monitor data such as welding time, welding current, and welding pressure through an external monitoring instrument.
