This is an automated special equipment specially designed by Agera for the welding process after the inflation of the shock absorber cylinder. It realizes the closed-loop control of the entire process including inflation, pressure stabilization, welding and inspection, ensuring high consistency of product quality, improving production efficiency and meeting the quality traceability requirements of the automotive industry.
Advantages of the shock absorber inflation welding machine
It adopts high-precision electrical proportional valves combined with pressure sensors for closed-loop control. Compared to traditional equipment, its inflation pressure control accuracy reaches ±1.5%, ensuring highly consistent cavity inflation pressure.
The overall rigidity of the equipment is 2.5 times higher than that of traditional equipment. The running vibration amplitude is ≤0.02mm, and the electrode alignment accuracy is high. The welding current is stable, and the welding stability is improved by 300%
The single-piece production cycle time has been reduced from 120 seconds to ≤ 80 seconds, significantly improving production efficiency. A monitoring system has been installed, which can record and detect defective welds in real time, ensuring a high quality rate.
