Based on the characteristics of your product and welding requirements, Agera can design a specialized XY-axis spot welder. This machine can move the product for each weld point, or precisely move the welding head, making it easy to control XY-axis movement for welding fixed products.
다양한 유형의 XY축 스팟 용접기
갠트리형 스팟 용접기로, 1000mm*1300mm 크기의 제품을 대형 플랫폼에 설치할 수 있습니다. 용접 헤드는 용접을 위해 설정 지점으로 이동합니다.
500mm*600mm 크기의 강철 와이어 메쉬 용접에 적합하며, 제품을 용접 위치까지 밀어 넣을 수 있는 서보 모듈 클램핑 헤드가 장착되어 있습니다.
기계의 XY축은 용접을 위해 미리 설정된 위치로 이동하며, 위치 결정은 정확합니다. 다양한 사양의 제품을 용접하기 위해 여러 위치 결정 프로그램을 설정할 수 있습니다.
400mm*1000mm 이내의 판금 제품을 용접할 수 있으며, 이중 실린더 디자인으로 제품을 고정하고 실린더 스트로크를 확장하는 역할을 합니다.
