Electromagnetic clutch with intermediate frequency spot welding machine can be welded? Intermediate frequency spot welding machine is very suitable for welding electromagnetic clutch, electromagnetic clutch shell on the multi-punching 6-10 circular convex points, the thickness of the shell and cover plate within 3MM, in line with the standard convex welding process. For spot welding of galvanized sheet with thinner thickness (less than 1.5mm), the pneumatic AC spot welding machine can meet the strength and general appearance requirements. The thickness of electrolytic galvanized sheet or hot galvanized sheet (more than 2mm) is recommended to use medium-frequency inverter DC spot welding machine is better.
Welding stainless steel plate spot welding machine needs power from 5KVA to 640KVA, different types of stainless steel, such as martensitic, ferritic, austenitic stainless steel, etc., welding thickness is also from 0.1MM- 6MM, different materials and thickness of stainless steel need power is not the same.
