Shock Absorber Welding Machine

It is designed with special tooling, including left and right pneumatic clamping fixtures, which can accommodate workpieces with diameters ranging from 38-80mm. The pneumatic force-multiplying pressurization mechanism is stable, reliable, and allows for quick changeover.

This is a horizontal seam welding machine that uses customized tooling to lift the shock absorber dust cover and deliver it to the welding position for automatic welding, resulting in a neat and aesthetically pleasing weld. It is compatible with various product sizes and specifications.

Specially designed for welding piston rod stop rings, with customized special fixtures, it can complete symmetrical welding of four points in one clamping. It has upper computer data acquisition function and can realize post-weld traceability.
