AGERA’s XY-axis spot welding machine uses X/Y-axis slides with positioning pins to ensure accurate alignment of sheet metal parts. The displacement sensor detects the placement status of the workpiece in real time to eliminate the risk of missing or misplacing.

We use displacement + pressure sensor + welding parameter acquisition module to form a “detection-feedback-correction” closed loop. The product’s welding qualification rate is ≥99.5%; welding parameters (time, pressure, current) are automatically recorded and digital reports are generated to support quality traceability.

Manual loading and unloading and tooling slide movement work in parallel to shorten the single-piece cycle; modular tooling design adapts to the rapid changeover of various sheet metal parts and improves the flexibility of the production line.

The welding monitoring system integrates data storage and analysis functions, and can export historical records to provide a basis for process optimization; it supports SPC (statistical process control) analysis to predict equipment stability and welding quality trends.

High-rigidity welding head and cylinder structure ensure uniform and stable downforce; key components (electrodes, slide rails) are wear-resistant and deformation-resistant, and are suitable for high-frequency welding conditions of carbon steel sheet metal.
