Equipment Operation

AGERA’s automatic wire spot welding machine requires a human operator to place the workpiece on a material rack and press a button to start the machine. Once the welding machine is started, a servo tooling assembly moves the workpiece to the welding position, welding multiple spots sequentially according to the welding route. After welding is complete, the workpiece is manually removed.

AGERA’s wire spot welders utilize a two-hand pushbutton starter with a timer function and are equipped with an emergency stop button. In the event of an emergency, the equipment stops upon pressing the emergency stop button, ensuring operational safety. The equipment is equipped with a three-color indicator light and a safety alarm, allowing operators to quickly identify the cause of an alarm and address any errors promptly.
