Work process
Bottom cover: Manually load the parts onto the welding fixture, the vertical positioner rotates 180°, and the robot welding pliers perform spot welding. After spot welding is completed, the handling robot retrieves the parts, and the stud welding machine welds the studs, and the riveting machine installs the rivets. After completion, the robot unloads the parts onto the automatic conveyor line and places the finished products in the feed box.
Top cover: Manually load the parts onto the welding fixture, the positioner rotates 180°, and the robot welding gun performs spot welding. After welding is completed, the robot with a gripper retrieves the parts, unloads them onto the automatic conveyor line, and then places the finished products in the feed box. The welding work of the bottom cover and the top cover is carried out simultaneously.

The entire oil tank welding assembly line is equipped with well-known industry devices and systems. For instance, the robots we use are of FANUK brand, and the electrical systems and PLCs are of Allen Bradley brand. All the accessories and equipment comply with UL certificate standards. Full-process monitoring system
The automatic fuel tank welding production line of Agera is equipped with a complete set of data monitoring and detection systems. After the welding starts, it will continuously record the welding data and provide feedback results. If there are any errors such as false welding or missed welding, the system will sound an alarm and notify the operator to handle the error. This configuration has improved the yield rate of fuel tank production.
