Welding Process
The product to be welded is placed into the positioning fixture by hand. After scanning with a handheld device, both hands activate the switch system to complete the welding automatically. After the welding is finished the material is withdrawn and the product is manually removed. Different specifications of products require the replacement of the fixture. The fixture design is capable of quick type change and can meet the welding requirements for similar series stator terminals.
