Equipment Features

AGERA’s automatic spot welding machine for solenoid valve pins consists of two sets of equipment: an automatic paste dispensing machine and an automatic soldering machine. Before soldering, the paste dispensing machine evenly applies solder to each soldering point. The workpiece is then placed on the welding machine’s XY-axis moving fixture, which automatically moves the soldering points sequentially, welding each of the 28 points. After soldering is completed, the workpiece must be manually removed.

This solenoid valve automatic spot welder and its components are explosion-proof to prevent major accidents. Furthermore, the machine is equipped with a safety light barrier. Once the machine is started, welding stops immediately if the operator enters the danger zone, ensuring operator safety.
