The features of the automatic welding workstation for box body
This is an automatic welding workstation specially designed by AGERA for welding the box body of energy storage cabinets. It features a dual workstation design, with automatic clamping of fixtures and automatic grasping of the workpieces by robots to deliver them to the welding position. It is equipped with a double-head medium-frequency spot welder for welding the locks and covers to the box body, as well as an energy storage butt welder and a hinge feeding mechanism for welding the hinges. After welding is completed, the robot will deliver the finished product to the cutting platform. This is a flexible welding production line that enables large-scale welding of cabinets.

Advantages of the Automatic Cabinet Welding Equipment
This equipment uses two workstations. One workstation is for loading materials, and the other can be used for manually placing the workpieces, there by improving the welding efficiency and the utilization rate of the machine.
The integrated workflow of the slide table fixture, robot, and welding unit only requires one person to perform the box assembly and loading. The system automatically completes the welding and unloading of all components of the energy storage cabinet, significantly reducing labor hours and human fluctuations.
The robot works in coordination with the dedicated tooling / slide table. The repetitive positioning accuracy target is ±0.2mm. Combined with the monitoring during the welding process, it can meet the assembly gap requirements specified in the drawings, reducing rework.
During the welding process, the equipment will collect and store real-time key curves (such as welding current, welding time, welding pressure, etc.) for each piece, supporting batch tracking, quality analysis and SPC improvement.
