How It Works

Loading: The operator places the workpiece (sheet metal) onto a customized fixture.

Welding: The industrial robot picks up nuts of the first specification from nut conveyor A and places them under the first medium-frequency welder for welding. Immediately thereafter, the robot picks up nuts of the second specification from nut conveyor B and places them under the second medium-frequency welder for welding.

Unloading: After all nuts are welded, the robot moves the finished product to the unloading area.
