Features of Shock Absorber 6-Head Spot Welder
AGERA’s shock absorber welding equipment uses MFDC welding power supply and horizontal welding method, which can adapt to the welding of shock absorber dust covers of different specifications and lengths;
This machine is equipped with 6 electrode heads, and the tooling automatically sends the workpiece to the welding position, and the 6 heads are clamped at the same time to start welding;
The main structure of the equipment is made of precision processing, and the structure adopts square tube + steel plate welding, which has high strength and stable performance in long-term use.

Advanced Welding Controller
Welding controller function The welding controller uses a large LCD color screen display, which can intuitively display the welding process parameters, and can realize complex welding processes such as pre-pressing, increasing, pre-welding, slow rise, welding, multi-pulse, tempering, slow fall, etc. It can display welding current and welding time. After the current parameters are set, the output current can be stabilized at the set value ± 2%.

Excellent Welding Tooling
The tooling of the 6-head automatic shock absorber adopts servo module movement, with a movement speed of 500mm/S, which can quickly reach the welding position. After reaching the welding position, the upper tooling cylinder presses and wraps the dust cover, and welds in sequence, ensuring welding consistency and stability.

Six pneumatic welding heads are connected in parallel to a set of medium frequency power supplies. They can be loaded once and then welded synchronously or in sections. It only takes 13 seconds to weld six points of a single piece. This time does not include the time for manual loading, but only the time for tooling to move, load, unload and weld. The overall welding time needs to be combined with the speed of the operator.
The medium frequency inverter power supply of AGERA equipment provides stable and uniform welding current, and the energy of each welding point is consistent. In addition, the six pneumatic welding head electromagnetic proportional valves control the pressure, which can eliminate the phenomenon of false welding or over-burning caused by power fluctuations, thus ensuring the stability of welding.
AERGA’s shock absorber spot welding machine uses PLC + touch screen to centrally manage all welding points, monitor current, voltage, air pressure and welding status in real time, and supports historical parameter query and alarm prompts. The operation is intuitive and simple, improving management and control efficiency.
If it is a similar shock absorber welding, we only need to slightly modify the tooling to weld your product.
We mainly produce resistance welding machines, including spot welding machines, nut projection welding machines, butt welding machines and seam welding machines. If you are not sure whether your product requires these machines, you can contact our team and we will evaluate the best welding solution based on your product.
