Types of Shock Absorber Welding Machines
Due to the complex shapes of the components of automotive shock absorbers, a complete automotive shock absorber requires multiple parts to be welded together. AGERA’s shock absorber welding machines are all customized machines specifically for a certain shock absorber component. These machines weld different parts of the shock absorber, such as shock absorber rods, shock absorber hangers, shock absorber tubes, and shock absorber brackets. The following will introduce several different types of shock absorber welding machines designed by AGERA.

This is a basic spot welding machine used for welding shock absorbers. It is equipped with an electromagnetic proportional valve, allowing for one-button parameter switching and the ability to switch between different tooling to weld shock absorber parts of different specifications.
This is a spot welding machine specially designed for welding shock absorber lifting rings and connecting rods. The connecting rod is servo-clamped, and the height is quickly adjusted by a motor. The welded strength is high, and the surface of the connecting rod is smooth and without marks.
This machine can weld 6 points on the dust cover simultaneously. All six points are pressed and welded at the same time. The servo module automatically feeds the material, resulting in uniform and stable welds that will not fall off. The welding efficiency is high.
This is a vertical seam welding machine that uses a medium-frequency inverter DC power supply for automatic welding, producing aesthetically pleasing welds; it is equipped with quality monitoring and protection, fault monitoring, and interruption protection.

This is a multi-point projection welding machine, specially designed for welding U-shaped shock absorber brackets. It is suitable for double-sided one-time projection welding of various specifications of shock absorber brackets, with uniform and consistent projection strength and stable overall strength.
It is designed with special tooling, including left and right pneumatic clamping fixtures, which can accommodate workpieces with diameters ranging from 38-80mm. The pneumatic force-multiplying pressurization mechanism is stable, reliable, and allows for quick changeover.
This is a horizontal seam welding machine that uses customized tooling to lift the shock absorber dust cover and deliver it to the welding position for automatic welding, resulting in a neat and aesthetically pleasing weld. It is compatible with various product sizes and specifications.

Specially designed for welding piston rod stop rings, with customized special fixtures, it can complete symmetrical welding of four points in one clamping. It has upper computer data acquisition function and can realize post-weld traceability.
Features of the Shock Absorber Welding Machine
Each machine is designed with fixed fixtures, which make welding shock absorbers more precise and faster, improving production efficiency. Using MFDC welding technology ensures uniform heat distribution at each weld point, guaranteeing stable weld quality. The welded products exhibit strong consistency, ensuring a high product yield.

Welding Fixtures Can be Quickly Switched
Because shock absorber parts come in different sizes, different fixtures need to be changed when welding different sized parts on the same machine. AGERA’s fixtures can be quickly switched, which can be done by ordinary operators without delaying the production schedule.
